Quality, in the eyes of the customer, equates to 100% conformance to an agreed specification. DPP, in partnership with its customers, develops a product specification as well as a comprehensive test specification. Each product is assigned a unique serial number (traceable back to raw materials) and is subject to a strict testing regime which scrutinises product performance and ensures full attainment of the desired specification. A copy of the resulting product performance data, by serial number, is shipped with the product to our customers.

DPP's quality framework is underpinned by internationally recognised standards through attainment of ISO9000:2000.
